A sales and marketing professional to assist with the business development strategy for Impact Forensics LLC and to promote Impact’s services to users in the Chicago market.
Impact is a local leader in the high-growth Computer Forensics and Electronic Discovery services space, providing a wide array of computer forensics imaging and electronic discovery services to attorneys and corporations in the Chicago-area. The individual must be self-directed and motivated with a desire for growth and success.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation and management of strategic sales & marketing planning. Assistwith the positioning of Impact as a preferred brand in Chicago.
- Create and track sales targets and specific activities which will lead to the achievement ofthose targets. Manage a sales & marketing program and calendar.
- Create measurable sales objectives and manage to those objectives.
- Develop relationships with new clients and promote Impact’s services through“consultative selling”.
- Manage a sales software contact database
- Coordinate sales & marketing events and activities including sales calls, direct mail, proposals, presentations, and continuing legal educational programs.
- Coordinate the planning and creation of sales & marketing materials
- Liaison with an assortment of professional associations for the purpose of promoting andcommunicating the image and presence of Impact in the legal community. Associationsinclude the American Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and others.
- Assist with the development of strategic alliances with partners that can help Impactexpand its service offerings and market its services to a broader audience.
Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years of successful experience in providing professional services to businessesor law firms
- A track record of closing business and achieving revenue objectives
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation and influence skills.
- Functional business computer / software and technical skills
- The ability to quickly become familiar with emerging electronic discovery technologiesand to effectively communicate the compelling benefits to users
- A results-driven, creative, self-motivator who can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
Compensation Package is commensurate with experience. Includes a competitive basesalary, commission schedule & health insurance.

Impact Forensics is seeking a senior computer forensics consultant whowill be responsible for analysis of electronic evidence, case management, hard drive imaging, computer forensics analysis, data conversion, expert testimony, and documentation of all aspects of forensics and eDiscovery projects. Impact Forensics is a small, rapidly-growing young entrepreneurial company that provides services to hundreds of Chicago’s finest litigators. Our workplace is casual, flexible, and inviting.
Responsibilities
- Forensic imaging of hard drives and other electronic media including complex RAID systems.
- Data conversion and forensic analysis of electronic evidence to identify and tag evidence in electronic discovery efforts.
- Develop and provide expert reports, and affidavits.
- Assist in developing, managing, communicating, and implementing a Forensics program.
- Maintain timely and efficient delivery schedules involving multiple concurrent cases.
Skills and Experience
- Desired candidate should have 3-5 years experience including expert testimony.
- Experience in working multiple concurrent cases.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- An understanding of file system types and hard disk drive structures.
- Thorough understanding of the Microsoft Windows operating system.
- EnCE, ACE, or similar forensic certification.
- Excellent knowledge of EnCase, FTK, and Paraben; including developing custom EnScripts.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience in eDiscovery/Litigation Support systems (Concordance,Summation…).

Impact Forensics LLC is a 5 year old, 10 person start-up company witha very strong presence in the rapidly-growing computer forensics and electronic discovery market in Chicago. We provide expert services to dozens of thetop law firms in Chicago.
Overview
The office manager will provide overall general office support to our company and act as administrative assistant to the owner. We are looking for smart, energetic team members to grow with our company. We offer acasual and relaxed work atmosphere, an environment that embraces a balancedwork / professional life, and real opportunities for creativity and professionaldevelopment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Telephone answering and taking messages as needed.
- Filing, mail handling, and general office support, supplies procurement
- Maintain staff member personal files and employment records
- Assisting with Impact financial systems including billing, accounts receivable, payables, and payroll.
- Coordinate with accountant on delivery of data on a quarterly basis, (payroll data from ADP, payables register, etc… primarily from Quickbooks)
- Coordinating with vendors and partners to ensure maximum performance
- Creating systems to assist with the smooth handling of Impact processes and procedures such as new client intake and billing systems. Assist with the documentation of these systems
- Preparation of general office correspondence.
- Coordinating the work flow of new engagements to (eg., opening new case files, etc)
- Providing administrative support to staff members to include assistance with generating proposals, letters of engagement, etc.
- Providing support at Impact events & presentations
- Researching and staying current with emerging Electronic Discoveryand Computer Forensics industry trends.
- Other reasonable support activities as required.
Skills and Experience
- Business Degree or equivalent
- At least two years of business experience
- An aptitude and interest in Sales and Marketing is preferred
- Computer skills to include Outlook eMail, Internet Navigation, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Quickbooks and other popular business applications
- Good team skills
- Excellent communication, customer service, and presentation skills
